the company established JENEF General Trading & Industries PLC as a sister company, with ownership shared between Jemal Seid Adem (85%) and Fetiha Ebrahim Seid (15%). Today, the companies operate across manufacturing, agriculture, trade, real estate, and transportation, exporting to more than 16 countries and generating an annual turnover exceeding ETB 667 million (2024/25 G.C.).
